Beginners Yoga “The Basics” with Heidi Faivre

Perfect for beginners, yet great for students of all levels who want a more slow, mindful, and alignment based practice. We will focus on getting back to the basics, creating a strong foundation based practice. We will learn about the different asanas, cultivate a deep listening and awareness of our bodies, and also practice meditation and breathwork.

  • DROP-INS WELCOME! Sessions are currently $25 (cash or card)
  • Please bring your own mat, if you have one.
  • You may borrow a mat from us. Please disinfect before leaving.
  • We have water, and other helpful props: blocks, bolsters, straps.
  • See you at Nahara’s Mendocino Yoga Studio downstairs at
    10481 Lansing Street.
