Enjoy a full body workout through lengthening and strengthening the muscles with an emphasis on core strength. Practicing Pilates can increase mobility, stability and balance.

  • DROP-INS WELCOME! Sessions are currently $25 (cash or card)
  • Please bring your own mat, if you have one.
  • You may borrow a mat from us. Please disinfect before leaving.
  • We have water, and other helpful props: blocks, bolsters, straps.
  • See you at Nahara’s Mendocino Yoga Studio downstairs at
    10481 Lansing Street.
