Power Vinyasa Yoga with Larissa Maple

In this class we move through an energizing and powerful series designed to open up and expand the body, cultivating strength and flexibility throughout the whole system. We move through a beginner Vinyasa sequence to warm the body, then move into the main flow where we begin to challenge ourselves a bit more. Each class may introduce slightly more challenging poses such as back bends, twists, inversions, and arm balances. This a mixed levels class where beginners are more than welcome.

BEGINNERS -> MIXED LEVELS

  • DROP-INS WELCOME! Sessions are currently $25 (cash or card)
  • Please bring your own mat, if you have one.
  • You may borrow a mat from us. Please disinfect before leaving.
  • We have water, and other helpful props: blocks, bolsters, straps.
  • See you at Nahara’s Mendocino Yoga Studio downstairs at
    10481 Lansing Street.
