In this class we move through an energizing and powerful series designed to open up and expand the body, cultivating strength and flexibility throughout the whole system. We move through a beginner Vinyasa sequence to warm the body, then move into the main flow where we begin to challenge ourselves a bit more. Each class may introduce slightly more challenging poses such as back bends, twists, inversions, and arm balances. This a mixed levels class where beginners are more than welcome.
