This class is alignment based, slow to moderate flow vinyasa style. Mixing active flowing sequences with hearty restorative posture releases. Focusing on our connection to breath, while listening to our bodies, mind, and spirit. Classes are tailored to the level of students who show up. I encourage playing your edge, checking your ego at the door, and embracing a sense of humor.
