Within this guided meditation we will focus on being in the observer state of being. Along with pranayama (breath techniques), mantras, and mudras. High vibrational music will assist us within this practice. As we transition into yoga flow the movement will feel like a dance of guided posture. The ultimate mind-body-spirit connection to transform your day.

Wednesdays GROOVE TIME

Support yourself mid-week with this session focused on connecting with your breath and body set to a rotating soundtrack of heartbeat rhythms from the realms of soul/funk/reggae and beyond. We'll start class with a fresh herbal tea infusion suited to the season and then dig into exploring intuitive movement with creative asana sequencing to uplift and energize your entire being. Connect more deeply with yourself, be in community with others, and fill your cup to positively impact the world around you.
