Pilates provides a full body workout. Practicing Pilates can increase mobility, stability and balance. Lengthening and strengthening the muscles with an emphasis on core strength.

10:30 AM -- Awaken Yoga Flow with Ashley Nieminen

Within this guided meditation we will focus on being in the observer state of being. Along with pranayama (breath techniques), mantras, and mudras. High vibrational music will assist us within this practice. As we transition into yoga flow the movement will feel like a dance of guided posture. The ultimate mind-body-spirit connection to transform your day.

WEDNESDAY

Support yourself mid-week with this session focused on connecting with your breath and body set to a rotating soundtrack of heartbeat rhythms from the realms of soul/funk/reggae and beyond. THURSDAY

11:00 AM -- Joyful Babies with Serena Acker

For mothers and babies !! This class is designed for Moms In their first year postpartum with babies who are not fully on the move yet. Each class will begin with a cup of tea and a share circle, then move on to breath work, stretching and strengthening, and closing with a little freestyle dance and relaxation/meditation. Come as you are and let your body guide you in appropriate movement. Babies may cry, sleep or fuss, but anything and everything is fine and welcome.

Mindfulness is an hour dedicated to getting in touch with your Self through guided meditation, self-compassion exercises, journaling, contemplative worksheets and a set of energetic tools to find and allow us to carry greater peace out into our day to day lives.
