Tune into your old soul with gentle movement to take you to a place of connection and opening. This is a class for everyone. This easy and gentle class focuses on being gentle with yourself in all aspects. Guided breath and meditation, supported opening and strengthening postures, classic tunes, restorative poses and props to help you ease into your week. Mats and Props Provided. Drop in $20.

6:00 PM — Healing Yoga with Danelle Gallo

This class is a soothing blend of intuitive movement, long-held yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. We recondition the nervous system into a state of relaxation when we surrender into slowness and acceptance. In this state of radical surrender, we are able to shift emotional patterns by bringing mindful awareness and release to subtle energetic blocks in the nervous system. This class is a restoration ceremony. It is appropriate for all levels. Drop in $20

In this class we move through and Energizing and powerful series designed to open up and expand the body, cultivating strength and flexibility throughout the whole system. We move through a beginner Vinyasa sequence to warm the body, then move into the main flow where we begin to challenge ourselves a bit more. Each class may introduce slightly more challenging poses such as backbends, twists, Inversions, and armbalances. This a mixed levels class where beginners are more than welcome. In this vinyasa style class, you will be guided to drop into powerful breath linked to yoga postures (asanas) in fluid, dynamic, and creative sequences. The intention of this style is to allow students to sink into a moving meditation with the space and grace to make their practice their own. Students are encouraged to listen to their own intuition and flow between challenging movements and restorative postures that enhance their energy and well-being. All levels Class. No experience necessary. Mats and Props provided. Located down the stairs in the yoga palace. Drop In $20

For mothers and babies !! This class is designed for Moms In their first year postpartum with babies who are not fully on the move yet. Each class will begin with a cup of tea and a share circle, then move on to breath work, stretching and strengthening, and closing with a little freestyle dance and relaxation/meditation. Come as you are and let your body guide you in appropriate movement. Babies may cry, sleep or fuss, but anything and everything is fine and welcome.
